Undead Yard
Talk to the digi-elf in the northeast corner of Terminal Area to unlock this level. You must be at least level 16 in Normal mode, have five digivolutions in Hard mode, or eight digivolutions in Super Hard mode. The objective of the level is to defeat all the enemy digimon within a time limit. The number of enemies and the time limit goes up on higher difficulty modes. You will gain a new digivolution for completing the quest.
Card Retrieve
The digi-elf to unlock this sidequest is north of the Card Keeper. You must already have a certain number of cards: 25 for Normal mode, 30 for Hard mode or 45 for Super Hard mode. The goal is to defeat Scorpiomon without using Gate Disks or recovering HP or MP, then returning the Booster Pack to the digi-elf.
Barbarian Cave
There are no prerequisites for this sidequest; simply speak with a digi-elf in the northeast corner of Terminal Area. Defeat Mammothmon to complete the quest.
Item Retrieval
Start any other sidequest, then talk to the upper left digi-elf north of the Card Keeper before you go to Gate Circle. He asks you to bring back a certain item depending on your difficulty level. The items are a Beam Magnum on Normal, a Sword Cannon on Hard and a Blaster Gun on Super Hard.
Item Road
This quest is only available after you have beaten the game at least once. Talk to a digi-elf north of the Card Keeper until he mentions Item Road. Go to Machine Pit and a new dungeon should be opened. Defeat the boss to complete the sidequest and gain a new digivolution.
Item Trading
You must have traded with Prince Mamemon at least five times, or eight times on Hard or Super Hard. Speak with a digi-elf north of the Card Keeper, and then trade with other digimon located around the Trading Hall.
Seal the Souls
Talk to the digi-elf in the northeast corner of Terminal Area after you defeat MaloMyotismon. Place a statue in the shrine and escape from the dungeon. If you escape with at least 10 minutes remaining, you will get a new digivolution.
Summoning of Gekomon
Talk to the digi-elf opposite the Armory Shop until he mentions Venom Jungle. Head to Venom Jungle and find the ruins with the open brown doors in the southwest of Mangrove Forest. Defeat all the enemies within the time limit. Complete this three times to beat the sidequest.
Legendary Arena
You must talk to the digi-elf opposite the Data Keeper before going to Dry Land. Find the switches in Mummy Desert and Grief Wasteland. Locate a purple platform near the exit of Grief Wasteland. This will send you into several fights, including one with SkullGreymon. Defeat SkullGreymon three times to complete the quest.
Wormhole Dungeon/Wamu Platform
Complete the first nine sidequests, then talk to a digi-elf north of the Card Keeper. Get through the dungeon and defeat the boss. Beating this sidequest in Super Hard Mode will gain you the digivolution Imperialdramon Fighter Mode.
