How to Get Scorpion Tail in Final Fantasy XII

The Scorpion Tail is the highest-level hammer weapon in the game "Final Fantasy XII." A character you equip with the Scorpion Tail enjoys an attack power boost of 119 points. The primary advantage of the Scorpion Tail is the boost in attack power without sacrificing defense. The Scorpion Tail is a one-handed weapon, allowing a character to equip a shield with the other hand. While you can choose any character to equip the Scorpion Tail, you must know how to unlock the weapon and use it.

  Unlock the Axes &Hammers License 7 with your selected character. The seventh license costs 70 LP (License Points).

  Sell three Charged Gizzards at the Bazaar. The Thunderbug enemy in the Hennes Mines drops Charged Gizzards randomly after battle.

  Sell four Scorpio Gems at the Bazaar. Steal Scorpio Gems from either the Gargoyle Baron enemies in Giruvegan, or the Larva Eater enemies in the Upper Great Crystal area.

  Sell three Wyrm Bones at the Bazaar. The Skulwyrm enemies in Zertinan Caverns drop these. You can also steal the Wyrm Bones from Skulwyrms.

  Purchase the Scorpion Tail hammer at the Bazaar for 60,000 gil. The hammer will automatically become available for purchase after you unlock the Axes &Hammers License 7 and you sell three Wyrm Bones, four Scorpio Gems and three Charged Gizzards.
