How to Get Animals on Your Farm in Innocent Life on PS2

In "Innocent Life: A Futuristic Harvest Moon," your task is to build a thriving ranch by tending to crops and raising farm animals. You cannot have animals on your ranch until you unlock the barn. To unlock the barn, you must first obtain four blue jewels. When the jewels are inserted into the slots next to a locked door on your ranch, the barn is accessible. After the barn opens, you are ready to go to town and begin purchasing livestock.

Instructions

- 1
  Collect all four blue jewels. The first is found in a cavern located on the path you take to get to town. Enter the cave near the Hot Springs area to get two more jewels. For the final jewel, pass through the yellow door on the ranch and explore the cave there.

  Go to your ranch and place all of the blue jewels into the slots by the blue door. This unlocks the door, giving you access to the barn.

  Head to town and find Jonathan. During the day, you can find him in his barn. At night, look for him at Masami's Restaurant.

  Speak to Jonathan. He gives you the Cluck-O-Matic to congratulate you for unlocking the barn. You are now able to head to the World Ranch and buy chickens.

  Purchase at least one chicken for 500 gold and talk to Jonathan again. He gives you the Baa-Baa-Matic, which allows you to buy sheep. Buy a sheep for 1,500 gold.
- 6
  Talk to Jonathan one more time after buying a sheep to receive the Moo-O-Matic. You can now buy cows for 3,500 gold each.
