Navigate to the PCSX2 website and click the "Download" link next to the "Full Installer" package at the top of the page. Click "Save File" from the pop-up menu that appears to begin the download. The full installer is the easiest way to install PCSX2 as it includes the entire emulator contained in a single setup file.
Double click the setup file to begin the installation once the download is complete. Click all the checkboxes next to the "Select components to install" option.
Click "Next" and then specify the path where you want the emulator to be installed in the "Destination Folder" section. Click "Install" to begin the process.
Click the "Close" button once the installation is complete. Double click the PCSX2 icon on your desktop to launch the emulator. The first time configuration menu will appear.
Select your preferred language from the drop down list under "Language Selection" then click "Apply." Click "Next" and then "Configure" next to all the plug-ins for the emulator. You can use the default plug-ins that come with the emulator or download new ones for free online (resource 2.)
Click "Next" once you have configured the plug-ins then select a BIOS from the list shown. If no BIOS is shown you must place the BIOS that has been dumped from your PS2 console in the "BIOS" folder of the emulator.
Click "Finish" to close the configuration window and start the emulator.
