Instructions
Move north from your starting point in the forest and take the second path on the right.
Travel down this path until you come to a red sphere. Activate the sphere. This will lower two red gates to the south.
Turn around and travel the way you came. Grab the chest to the south of the path, then head north and take the right path, when the trail splits left and right. Talk to Yushima to get him back in your party.
Head to the left until you come to a second red sphere. Activate this sphere to lower the second red gate that was behind Yushima.
Return to the red gate that was behind Yushima and walk until you reach a purple sphere. Activate this sphere.
Head to the left until you reach the location of the purple barrier. Save your game at the nearby save point, then walk through the barrier. You find Thomas at the end of the cutscene.
