How to Complete the Smoke Missions in Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks for the PS2

Completing Smoke's missions in "Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks" for the PlayStation 2 will unlock a playable version of "Mortal Kombat II." "Shaolin Monks," published by Midway and released in 2005, is an action-adventure game where you battle with enemies and characters in the "Mortal Kombat" series. Once you've located Smoke in the Living Forest, he will ask you to complete five missions to receive your prize.

  Head to the Soul Tombs and defeat the Tarkata in the room. Break the four center sections of the wall on the far side of the room.

  Enter the main building at the Soul Tombs and enter the torture chamber, which has a skull above the door. Throw three Tarkatans into each of the torture areas to complete this mission. To throw them, perform a grapple by pressing "R" and "Black" at the same time, and then hit "Y" twice to toss the enemy. Do this while jumping.

  Go back to the area where you found Smoke and take the portal at the end of the area, which will take you to The Pit II from "Mortal Kombat II." Defeat a series of Demon Captains and return to Smoke to collect your prize.
