Instructions
Insert the memory card that contains your "Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights" game save into the front of your console. Unlike cartridge-based games that store saved information on the actual game, PlayStation 2 game saves must be stored on a memory card. If you attempt to load your saved game without the memory card, the game will be unable to find it. Insert the memory card and try again.
Go into the "Options" menu of the game from the main menu and check your audio and video settings. "Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights" allows you to manually specify screen brightness and audio levels from within the game. These settings are completely independent of the ones you have specified on your television. If the screen appears too dark or the music too low and your TV is configured correctly, make sure the game is configured correctly as well.
Remove your "Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights" game disc from your PlayStation 2 and examine the data side. Look for scratches, dirt and other obstructions like dust. If such obstructions exist, use a clean cloth to gently wipe down the data side of the disc. Reinsert the game disc into your console and try again. These types of obstructions can cause errors while loading "Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights" on your console, or could potentially keep it from loading at all.
Turn off any GameShark or Action Replay cheats that you are trying to use for the game. "Scooby-Doo! Night of 100 Frights" supports codes from both types of cheat devices, but an improperly entered or unsupported code could cause errors with the game or could even lead to the corruption of data on your memory card.
