How to Level Grind in Persona 4

Improving your characters' levels is an important part of progressing through "Persona 4's" lengthy story. Occasionally, you may progress too quickly through the game's easier sections, making the game's more difficult sections even harder. There are plenty of opportunities to increase your characters' levels when you reach one of the game's more difficult sections. The process of leveling up your characters can be a mundane process often referred to as a "level grind."

  Visit a nearby town and talk to as many of the town's residents as possible. Talking to the citizens will increase your social link level, which increases your characters' stats, and they will provide you various side-quests.

  Complete as many side-quests as you can. The quests often yield significant amounts of experience and impressive weapons. Talking to all of a village's or town's citizens will often give you several side-quests to complete in a similar area.

  Fight as many monsters as possible. Often the best way to gain experience while level grinding in "Persona 4" is to just walk in circles until you encounter a formidable foe. The key is to choose an area that you can dispose of the enemies quickly but from which you can still receive a significant amount of experience.
