Things You'll Need
Instructions
Locate the six screws on the back of the controller. Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws. Place them in a safe area for reattachment later.
Lift up the two clips at the top of the circuit board and lift the board away from the controller. This will cause the buttons to come loose.
Remove the buttons from the controller. Clean the buttons with a dry cloth, wiping away any debris or sticky residue.
Place the buttons back into the correct slots on your controller. Place the rubber backing back over the buttons once they are in the correct positions. This will help secure them to the circuit board.
Place the circuit board back into the controller. Secure in place by reconnecting the two clips at the top of the board. Place the back cover of the controller back into place. Secure by reattaching the six screws with the screwdriver.
