How Do I Get Pale Rider in Persona 3?

"Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3" is a 2007 role-playing game for the PS2 that was ported to the Sony PSP in 2010. The story centers around a group of high school children who are able to summon creatures called "Personas" in battle against shadow monsters. New Personas are created by a process called "Fusion" where existing Personas are combined. Some fusions --- like the one to create "Pale Rider" --- require additional items that can be gained by doing quests.

Instructions

  Play the game until you receive the Velvet Key. This is part of the story and cannot be skipped or missed. The key gives you access to the Velvet Room where you find the non-player characters Igor and Elizabeth. Perform fusions here as well.

  Enter the Velvet Room which is found at the entrance of Tartarus. You can also enter the Velvet Room in the Paulownia Mall below the karaoke box.

  Speak to Elizabeth in order to get requests that have to be completed in return for items. Do this until you receive eight requests from her. The request requires you to create the Persona "Valkyrie" via fusion. Ensure that she has the "Tarukaja" supportive skill.

  Speak to Igor and ask him to perform a fusion. Select the Persona "Forneus" from the list and press "X." Select "Yomotsu Shikome" and press "X" again. The resulting Persona is displayed on the right side of the screen along with its abilities and characteristics. Press "X" again to confirm the fusion and get the new Persona. This is known as a "Normal Spread" fusion.

  Speak to Elizabeth after the fusion to receive the item "Torn Black Cloth" which is needed to create "Pale Rider."

  Speak to Igor again and do a normal spread fusion. Select "Vetala" and "Naga" as the two Persona to fuse and the result will be "Pale Rider."
