Cheats & Tips for Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelists of the Roses

All "Yu-Gi-Oh" games are based on the Japanese manga of the same name about a fictional card game called "Duel Monsters." Originally released in 2001 for the PS2,"Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelists of the Rose" takes the usual card-playing concept and applies it to the real life War of the Roses in 15th century England. You can choose whether to fight for the White Rose of the Yorkists or the Red Rose of the Lancastrians, and you can turn to many cheats and tips to help you achieve victory.

Card Cheats
- Go to the Build Deck screen, press "R3" and enter a password to unlock new cards. Input the code "CZN5GD2X" for the Blast Sphere card. The cheat code "0HNFG9WX" unlocks the Gravity Bind card. Enter "2H4D85J7" to unlock the card Seiyaryu. Input "UMQ3WZUZ," "86985631" or "92886423" for Serpentine Princess, Meteor Dragon or Goblin Fan, respectively. If you enter the code "CZ81UVGR," you receive the Swordsman from a Foreign Land card. Input the code "N54T4TY5" for the Birdface card.
Slot Machine
- Beat Weevil in a duel and get three Forest pictures on the Graveyard Slot Machine to unlock the rare card Enchanted Javelin. Defeat Tea in a duel, and then stop the slot machine on three Dancing Elves to receive the Red-Eyes Black Dragon card. For the Summoned Skull card, beat Mako and get High Tide Goya picture three times on the slot machine. Defeat Pegasus and get the Illusionist Faceless Mage three times on the slot machine to unlock Brain Control. Beat Yugi and get three Feral Imps on the slot machine to unlock the Skull Knight card.
Cheat Names
- If you enter particular names at the start of a game, you will begin with three decks. Enter the name "Saruman" for the Fairy King Trusedale, Thunder Nyan Nyan and Tactical Warrior decks. The name "Madcat" unlocks the Thunder Nyan Nyan, Serpentine Princess and Luminus Soldier decks. Enter "Olympus" for the decks Fairy King Trusedale, Patrician of Darkness and Twin Headed Behemoth. Input the name "Jedi" to unlock the Luminus Soldier, Patrician of Darkness and Tactical Warrior decks. Enter "Aeiouy" for the decks Kyruel, Injection Fairy Lily and Twin Headed Behemoth. For the decks Airknight Parshath, Maiden of the Aqua and Molten Behemoth, use the name "Yeoman."
Deck Master T
- Finish the Red Rose and White Rose campaign modes with a PlayStation memory card inserted into the second card slot on your PS2. This memory card must have saved data from "Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories" stored on it for this cheat to work. Start a Custom duel, and you will battle Deck Master T instead of the usual Deck Master K. The leader of this deck is Exodia.
