How to Level Up Fast in FFXII

"Final Fantasy XII" is the twelfth game in the Final Fantasy franchise and available on PlayStation 2. The role-playing game has turn-based battles, meaning the characters and enemies take turns attacking or defending. Leveling-up characters is essential for advancement and can be difficult to achieve early on. Knowing where and how to level-up quickly can save you frustrations later in the game.

Instructions

  Earn money (Gil) by defeating monsters and purchase Phoenix Downs in Rabanastre or from the Unlucky Merchant in Dalmasca Estersand.

  Travel to the Corridor of Sand. This is located northeast of Dalmasca Westersand.

  Check your character's Health Points (HP). They must be 10 percent or lower to be critical.

  Enter the game's configuration screen and select "Battle," then "Wait Mode -- Lowest Speed."

  Throw Phoenix Downs on the undead enemies to kill them. Select "Phoenix Down" from your item menu and press the "R1" or "L1" buttons to throw.

  Repeat this method until you reach your desired level or run out of Phoenix Downs.
