How to Install Homemade PS3 Themes

Sony's PlayStation 3 game console lets you customize the look and feel of the system's menu by installing themes. A number of websites let you download pre-made themes, or you can create your own on your computer. Unlike installing a theme from a website, which can be done through the PS3's Internet browser, installing a theme that you have created on your computer requires that you place the theme on a USB drive and then connect the drive to your PlayStation 3 game console
