How to Connect a PS3 to a Sanyo TV With No Controller

If you have lost your PlayStation 3 controller, you can still connect the PS3 console to your Sanyo TV. Use a PS3 HDMI cable to connect your game console to the input on your TV. HDMI carries the highest quality video and audio available in a single cable.

      Turn off the PS3 and your TV to avoid damaging the hardware when you make a connection.

      Plug the small flat connecter of the PS3 cable into the "AV Multi Out" port on the rear of the PS3 console.

      Insert the other connector of the PS3 cable into the "HDMI In" port on the rear of the Sanyo TV. Turn on the TV, then the PS3 once the connection is made.

      Press the "Input Select" button on the front of the Sanyo TV until the image from the PS3 appears on the screen.
