How to Add Money to Your PS3 Through Your Computer

The PlayStation 3's online retail center, the PlayStation Store, provides access to a variety of downloadable content available for purchase. You can access the PlayStation Store and make purchases with the PlayStation Network account you created on your console. However, before a purchase can be made, you need to add funds to the account. This can be done directly through the console, with a credit card or redeemable PlayStation card, or you can add money from your computer using the PlayStation Store web portal at Qriocity.com.

  Open a Web browser window and navigate to the Qriocity homepage at Qriocity.com.

  Click the "Sign In" button in the Manage Account section of the page.

  Type the email address and password associated with your PlayStation Network account into their respective fields and then click "Sign In."

  Click the "Account" tab at the top of the window.

  Click "Wallet" on the left side of the window.

  Click the "Add Funds to Wallet" button.

  Type all of the requested billing details into their respective fields and then click "Continue."

  Enter the amount that you want to add to your PS3 and then follow the prompts to confirm and place your order.
