How to Hook Up the PlayStation to FiOS

You need to have a high-speed Internet connection such as cable, DSL or FiOS to play online. The PS3 supports connecting to the Internet using either a wireless or wired connection, depending on your home setup. You can configure your Internet settings from the XMB menu.
