Connecting via AV Cables
Insert the single plug end of the AV multi cable that came with the PS3 into the AV Multi Out connector on the rear panel of the console.
Connect the red plug, on the other end of the AV multi cable, to the red "Audio R" jack on one of the TV's AV input panels. Connect the white plug to the white "Audio L" jack located within the same AV input panel. Connect the yellow plug to the yellow "Video" jack within the same panel.
Connect the female end of the power cord that came with the PS3 to the AC In power jack on the back of the console. Plug the other end of this cord into an electrical outlet.
Turn on the TV and the PS3.
Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the second PS3 console, if you are using a standard-definition TV equipped with a second AV input panel. If you're using a high-definition TV, proceed to Section 2 to connect your second console.
Connecting via HDMI Cable
Plug one end of an HDMI cable into the HDMI output slot on the rear panel of the PS3 console. Insert the other end of this cable into the HDMI input slot on the TV.
Connect the female end of the power cord that came with the PS3 to the AC In power jack on the back of the PS3 console. Plug the other end of this cord into an electrical outlet.
Turn on the PS3.
