How to Hook Up a PS3 to a Toshiba

      Turn off and unplug both the PS3 and television.

      Attach one end of the HDMI cable to the PS3 port marked "HDMI Out." Connect the other end of the cable to the "HDMI Input" port on the Toshiba.

      Plug in the AC power cord of the PS3, press the "Main Power" switch found on the back of the console and push the "On/Off" button on the front of the console to turn on the machine.

      Plug the television in and turn it on. A prompt asking "Do you want to output video and audio using HDMI?" should appear. Highlight "Yes" using the PS3 navigational buttons on the controller, then press the "X" button.
