How to Get Your Own Game Launched on PlayStation 3 Home

The PlayStation 3 is a home media console featuring an application called Home, a virtual world where players around the world can enter and interact with one another. Within Home, you can launch your own game to play with others, whether they are on your Friends List or not. Launching a game within Home requires setting up a session, which can be done at any time.

      Press "Start" to view your Menu Pad.

      Select "Game Launching."

      Select the game you want to launch. Depending on what you select, you may see a full settings screen or you may see one with only limited options displayed.

      Change the settings for your particular session. This includes how many players you want to be able to join you, whether you want friends or strangers joining you, and more.

      Press "Triangle" to launch the game.
