Turn off any other Bluetooth devices your H720 headset has been previously paired with that is within range.
Flip the H720 headset's boom open to turn the device on. The headset's indicator light should turn a steady blue indicating that the device is in pairing mode.
Turn on the PS3. Use the PS3 controller to navigate to the "Settings" icon in the PS3's XMB menu. Highlight "Accessory Settings." Press the "X" button on the controller. Highlight and select "Manage Bluetooth Devices."
Select "Yes" when prompted to pair a Bluetooth device with the PS3.
Select "Start Scanning." The PS3 will begin scanning for active Bluetooth devices within range. Select the Motorola H720 headset from the search results.
Enter "0000" when prompted for a pass key. Your Motorola H720 headset is now paired with your PS3.
Navigate to "Settings," then "Accessory Settings," and then "Audio Device Settings" in the PS3's XMB menu.
Select "Input Device." Select the Motorola H720 headset to set the H720 as the PS3's default input / output device. The Motorola H720 headset will now work with your PS3.
