How to Do a DLC on Saint Rows 2 on PlayStation 3

"Saints Row 2" is an open world, action game with a variety of characters, environments and weapons. In addition to the game's out-of-the-box content, many DLC packs have been released to add more content to the game. The Corporate Warfare and Ultor Exposed DLC introduce new cooperative missions to the game, while the Unkut Pack adds lots of clothing for your characters. DLC is obtained from the PlayStation Store, which can be accessed by anyone with a free PlayStation Network account.

  Scroll to the "PlayStation Network" icon on the PS3 main menu. Select "PlayStation Store." If you're not signed in already, you will be prompted to sign into your PSN account. If you don't have a PSN account, select "Sign up for a PlayStation Network Account" and follow the instructions on-screen to complete the registration process.

  Select the "Search" icon on the right side of the PlayStation Store. Use the on-screen keyboard to type "Saints Row 2" and select the "Search" button.

  Scroll through the list of available DLC content. Highlight the DLC you want to download and press the "X" button. Select the "Download/Buy Now" button. If the DLC is free, it will begin downloading to the PS3's hard drive. If the DLC has a price, you will be prompted to use funds from your PSN account to purchase the DLC. If you have funds in your PSN account, select "Confirm Purchase" to purchase the content and begin the download. If you need to add funds, select the "Add Funds" button and enter the credit card or PlayStation Network card information requested on-screen.

  Access the DLC in-game. If the DLC was item related, such as the Unkut Pack DLC, access the new items in any of the game's clothing stores. If the DLC was mission related, such as the Corporate Warfare DLC, access the new missions in the game's cooperative multiplayer lobby. For mission-related DLC, all players need to have the same DLC for the missions to be played.
