How to Hook a PS3 to an AT&T U-verse Box

The AT&T U-verse residential gateway provides high-speed Internet connections for all wireless devices or those wired via Ethernet cable, and includes support for the PlayStation 3 game console. The PlayStation 3 transfers data between the U-verse gateway to gain access to the Internet, which enables online gameplay and Internet browser support for the PS3. Once the U-verse gateway is physically connected to the console, the console must configure the network settings for Internet use.
