How to Make Game Sounds Through Bluetooth on the PlayStation 3

The PlayStation 3 gaming console is used for multiplayer games through an Internet connection. When the PS3 connects to the PlayStation Network, the user is able to play games with other players on the network. The PS3 also has the capability to pair with Bluetooth devices to talk with other players during games. You can pair your Bluetooth headset with the console from the user interface on the console.

Instructions

  Power on your PS3 and navigate to the "Settings" icon on the home screen. Click on the "Accessory Settings" icon from the menu.

  Click on the "Manage Bluetooth Devices" icon. Choose the "Register New Device" icon and then click the "Yes" icon to register your device.

  Put your Bluetooth headset into the pairing mode. Refer to your user manual on how to put the headset into pairing mode.

  Go back to the PS3 and click on the "Start Scanning" icon to scan for the headset.

  Click on your headset icon when it shows up in the menu to pair with the PS3. Once paired, the Bluetooth will transmit over the PlayStation Network.
