How to Make Hulu Work on a PS3

Hulu is a media site that allows you to watch new and old movies and hit TV shows. Without a digital box, or additional hardware other than your PS3 gaming console, you can stream Hulu movies and TV shows in minutes using Hulu Plus, a monthly subscription that allows you to run the program on your game. Downloading and configuring Hulu Plus on your PS3 takes minutes to complete.

  Turn on your PS3, and then turn on your TV. You should see the XMB menu displayed on your screen.

  Select "Game," and then select "PlayStation Store."

  Scroll down and select "Media." Locate "Hulu Plus," and press "X" four times to download and install the program.

  Go back to the main menu when you see the installation confirmation message, and then select "Video."

  Log in to Hulu Plus or use the "Device Activation Code" provided on the screen. To use the activation code, go to a computer, and go to "Hulu.com/activate." Log into your Hulu account and enter the activation code. Once entered, your PS3 automatically logs into Hulu.
