How to Hook Up a PS3 Without HDMI After Having One Hooked Up

If you already have one Sony PlayStation (PS3) hooked up to a television set, you can connect a second PS3 to the same television if the TV is equipped with multiple video input options. For example, some TVs are equipped with more than one set of AV input jacks. In addition to an HDMI connector, some high-definition TV sets are equipped with component video jacks. To connect a second PS3 to a single television set, you have to connect the second PS3 to one of these alternative video input options.

Instructions

The red component plug goes into the red component jack labeled "Pr/Cr." The white audio plug goes into the white jack labeled "Audio L." The red audio plug goes into the red jack labeled "Audio R."
