How to Get Emulators for JB on PS3

Jailbreaking your Sony PlayStation 3 (PS3) gaming system is a way of modifying the basic operating system of the device to make it work with unauthorized applications, like gaming emulators. Emulators are programs that allow you to play games on your PS3 that are designed to run on gaming systems other than the PS3. The process of getting emulators onto your jailbroken PS3 is fairly straightforward.

  Download the emulator files onto your computer (see Resources).

  Insert the USB memory storage drive device into your computer USB port. The folder for the memory drive will automatically open on your computer's desktop.

  Drag-and-drop the emulator file(s) into the storage drive folder, then remove the storage drive from the computer.

  Insert the USB storage drive into the first USB port in the front of your PS3 console, and press the "Power" button to turn the gaming system on.

  Scroll through the XMB menu to the "Install Package Files" option, then press the "X" button on your controller to begin the installation.
