How to Create a New Profile in PS3 With a New Address

The PlayStation 3, released in 2006, lets users create profiles for each person who is using the system. Profiles store your saved games, trophies and any downloadable content you purchase. You can have a maximum of 16 profiles on your PlayStation 3 at one time. Each profile can have its own separate address. To create a new profile with a new address, you must do so from the PlayStation 3's main menu.

  Select "Create New User" under the "Users" tab on the PlayStation 3 main menu.

  Enter a user name. The user account is now created under the "Users" tab.

  Login to the new user account you just created.

  Select "Sign Up For PlayStation Network" under the "PlayStation Network" tab.

  Select "Create a New Account."

  Enter your date of birth, email address and home address in the fields provided.

  Select "Finish." Your new user profile is now registered for the PlayStation Network with a new address.
