Disconnect the broadband (cable or DSL) modem from its AC outlet for one minute. If you're using a router, disconnect it from its AC outlet for one minute. Position the antennas on the router so that they are upright. Reconnect the modem and, after 30 seconds, reconnect the router. If possible, move the PS3 and router closer together.
Close any bandwidth-consuming programs, such as multi-player games, Internet downloads and anti-virus programs.
Reinstall the Netflix application. Scroll to the "Video" icon on the PS3 main menu. Highlight the "Netflix" icon and press the "Triangle" button. Select "Delete." Select the "Netflix" icon again to reinstall the application.
