How to Delete Multiple Saves on PS3

The PlayStation 3 is a video game console with plenty of multimedia capabilities, including audio and video playback. Game save data and media files are stored on the PS3's internal hard drive or USB flash drive connected to the console. The contents of game save data can include created characters, customized settings and game progress. Game saves can be deleted one at a time within the PS3's Saved Data Utility menu. Deleting a save is permanent.

     Scroll to the "Game" icon on the PS3 main menu. Select "Saved Data Utility."

     Select the icon of the game save you want to delete.

   • 3

     Highlight the specific save file, press the "Triangle" button and press the "X" button to delete. The PS3 will notify you when the file has been deleted. Repeat this process until you've deleted all of the saves you want to remove.
