How to Earn a Crown on LittleBigPlanet 2

One of many costume items to unlock in "LittleBigPlanet 2," the rare crown is especially difficult to obtain. Unlike most items, which are earned by collecting prize bubbles strewn throughout each stage, the rare crown can be acquired only by winning a design contest sponsored by Media Molecule, the creator of the game. In order to compete in a design competition, players must follow specific theme guidelines and upload their creations to the community server before the end of the contest submission period.

Instructions

  Visit the LittleBigPlanet Central website for information regarding the latest creation contest. Familiarize yourself with the specific rules of the contest you want to enter. Note the ending date of the contest. Create a LittleBigPlanet Central member account by following the steps on the Registration page.

  Create a custom level in "LittleBigPlanet 2" by following the specific contest guidelines. Access the Description tab of your creation to enter a level name that adheres to the submission guidelines.

  Select "Publish" from your "LittleBigPlanet 2" pod to upload your level to the community server.

  Access the LittleBigPlanet Community website and click on the "Sign In" button. Enter your PlayStation Network user name and password, and click "Sign In." Click on "My Levels" and browse to the contest entry that you uploaded in the previous step. Copy the full website address of your level from the address bar in your browser.

  Go to the LittleBigPlanet Central website and visit the page for the contest that you want to enter. Click the "Reply to Thread" button and submit the website address of your custom level to enter the contest. Check the LittleBigPlanet Central website after the contest ends to see if you won. Access the email account associated with your PlayStation Network user name to claim your prize.
