Instructions
Check that the controller is switched on by pushing the "Power/Lock" switch on the top right-hand side of the unit. The blue LED at the base of the buzzer will flash eight times if it is powering up. If the blue LED flashes four times slowly, this indicates that you are in fact powering the buzzer down. Repeat the process to power the unit back on, checking for the eight flashes.
Take off the battery cover. Replace the two AA batteries with fresh ones.
Check that your buzzers are properly synced with the USB unit plugged into your PS3 by pressing a button on the controller. Check that the blue LED light on both the buzzer and the USB unit briefly light up.
Re-sync your buzzers if you need to by pushing the "Power/Lock" to the "Power" position on all four buzzers. Keep the switch in position for four seconds until the blue LED stays lit permanently. Push and hold down the "Bind" button on the USB unit -- its blue LED light will turn on and flash for each of the four buzzers. Check that the re-syncing has worked by carrying out the test featured in Step 3.
