How to Hook Up a PS3 on an RCA Flat Screen TV

A PlayStation 3 (PS3) gaming console outputs video in HD and standard definition formats such as 1080p, 1080i, 720p and 480p. This allows you to choose the best method your RCA flat screen TV supports. HD video format streams games and movies in high resolutions of 1280X720 or 1920x1080 compared to standard definition which outputs in lower resolutions of 720X480 and 720x576. HD format displays sharper and clearer images. Whether you want to output HD or standard video, connecting your gaming console to your TV takes minutes to complete.
