Instructions
Press down on a button on the controller. Check that the blue LED on the device flashes on and off. Push the "Power/Lock" slider away from you on the side of the controller if the light doesn't show; its blue LED will then flash four times in succession to show that it is switching on.
Open the battery cover on the underside of the unit and replace the two AA batteries with two charged batteries. Try to turn on the unit again using the technique in Step 1.
Press down on a button to make sure that the controller is properly synched to your PS3; the unit's blue LED will go on and off, and the light on the USB unit that plugs into your console will also come on briefly.
Re-synch your Buzz controller(s) by pushing the slider to the "Power" mark on the device. Hold the slider there until its blue LED remains lit constantly. Hold down the "Bind" switch on the USB device and wait for the blue LED to flash on your controller to show that it has successfully re-synched.
