How to Connect a Cordless Precision to a PS3

The Logitech Precision is a cordless video game controller designed for use with the PlayStation 3 game console. This controllers is designed for those who are tired of the traditional PS3 controller and would like something sleeker, without a cable. The button layout on the Precision is similar to that of a standard PS3 controller. Connecting the Precision is done much like hooking up a standard wireless PS3 controller.

Instructions

  Turn the PS3 off, and access the front of the console. Notice the four USB ports all lined up in a row at the front of the unit.

  Plug the USB receiver that came with the Cordless Precision controller into one of the four USB ports.

  Turn the PS3 on, and press the "Power" button on the front of the controller. LED indicator lights should flash on both the controller and the receiver, indicating that the controller is connected and ready for use.
