     Connect your game controllers to your PS3 system if they are are not turning on. Chances are the batteries are dead.

     Leave them until they are fully charged, then disconnect the USB cables.

     Locate the "Reset" button underneath your gaming controller. Using a pointed object such as a pen, press and hold the "Reset" button for a few seconds, then release it.
