Make sure your Netgear WGR614 wireless router is turned on and working.
Disconnect the Ethernet cable from your PS3 gaming system, if you've previously connected it.
Turn on your your TV, and then turn on your gaming console.
Select "Settings" on the PS3 menu, then "Network Settings," then "Connection Settings," and then press the "X" button on your controller.
Select "Yes," and then press the "X" button. Select "Easy," and then press the "Start" button.
Select "Wireless," and then press the "Start" button.
Select "Scan." Your PS3 displays your Netgear WGR614 wireless network as well as any wireless access points within range.
Select your wireless network. Then enter the security key or password, if you configured one. Check the connection settings, and then perform the Internet connection test. When the connection is successful, your gaming console displays a confirmation message.
