Copy the IP address or domain server name and port number of a working proxy and paste it into a text editor.

Navigate to the "Settings" icon on the PS3's main menu. Then press the "X" button on the PS3's controller to select "Network Settings." Enter any game into the PS3's Blu-Ray disc drive, and allow the game to start up. Enable the game's online features and play as normal.
