How to Hop Regions on PS3

If you have Blu-ray movies that have been labeled by a region outside of your licensed PlayStation 3 system, you will not be able to load the data. This means that foreign films that do not contain the code for your region will be impossible to watch without the appropriate patches. The Blu-ray Level Two Patch can be modified to hop regions with the appropriate patch updates.
