Scope in First Mission
To get a scoped rifle in the game's first mission, walk into the barn at the beginning of the level. A soldier there will trade you your current rifle for one with a scope. Additionally, you can return to this barn if you need more ammunition, as the barn will never run out.
Secret Achievement
To get the secret trophy, "Smell The Roses," you must complete an entire land mission without running.
Final Sniper Locations
The locations of the three snipers during the final "Fall of Vicksburg" mission are as follows: For the first sniper, pass through the gateway at the beginning of the level, and find the sniper by looking at the red-and-white building to your right. The second sniper can be found when you are charging the Gatling gun, in a building to your left with a crooked sign. To find the third sniper, move behind the building with the Gatling gun, then behind the building across the road from the first building. Move through the gate, turn left and run down the road. The sniper will be in a partially destroyed building to your right.
Easily Earning Trophies
To easily earn the game's available trophies, play the game in "Easy" mode. With many of the game's trophies, the difficulty of the game does not matter. An exception to this rule is the "War Hero" trophy, which requires that you complete the game in "Hard" mode.
