How to Unlock Hidden Missions in Valkyria Chronicles

Sega released "Valkyria Chronicles" for the PlayStation 3 in 2008. While there are no hidden missions to unlock in the core game, the downloadable content pack "Behind Her Blue Flame," released in 2009 on the PlayStation Store, included three hidden missions. To unlock these missions, a specific task must be completed on the mission before it. However, as the game does not tell you how to unlock these missions, it can be difficult figuring out what the requirements are. Once the required task is complete, the next mission unlocks.

Instructions

- 1
  Select "Extras" on the "Valkyria Chronicles" main menu. Select "Behind her Blue Flame" to play the DLC.

  Unlock mission 2a by completing mission 1 without destroying the tank in the lower left portion of the map.

  Unlock mission 2b by destroying the tank in the lower left portion of the map before you finish the mission.
- 4
  Unlock mission 3 by completing the previous three missions in the DLC with an A ranking. You can achieve an A ranking by completing the map quickly, not suffering any causalities and destroying as many enemy troops as you can.
