How to Install EyeToy for PS3

The PlayStation Eye is an external camera that is used in conjunction with the Sony PlayStation 3. Available to buy from all major gaming outlets, the Eye device (sometimes referred to as the "EyeToy") enables your PlayStation to track your movements by "watching" you as you play EyeToy-compatible games. It then projects your physical movements into the particular game's world.

     Unpack the EyeToy from its packaging and locate the USB connector on the end of the EyeToy's cable. Power up your PlayStation 3.

     Push the EyeToy's USB connector into one of the PlayStation 3's USB ports; these are located on the front of the console.

     Look at the front of the EyeToy to check that its blue LED is lit up; if present, your EyeToy has been successfully installed.
