How to Unlock Character Creation in Soul Calibur IV

"SoulCalibur" is a long-lasting 3D weapon-based fighting game series published by Namco. "SoulCalibur III" and "SoulCalibur IV" feature Character Creation mode, which allows players to edit the appearance of existing characters or make one from scratch. Players have access to a wide variety of equipment to place on any custom character, including many pieces not found on any of the regular cast, and a roster of add-on characters to use as templates. Though Character Creation is available immediately upon starting the game, the items and extra characters must be unlocked through playing the game.

     Play Arcade Mode and the various challenge modes to earn Gold.

     Enter Character Creation mode and navigate to the shop.

   • 3

     Purchase the items and characters you wish to use to unlock.

   • 4

     Clear the "Tower of Lost Souls" to unlock additional items. In the process, you also earn Gold for the shop.

   • 5

     Defeat Story Mode with every single character in the game to unlock the rest of the game's available weapons and earn more gold.

   • 6

     Complete as many achievements from the in-game achievement list as you can. Completing 30 achievements unlock even more items for Character Creation.
