Call PlayStation support at 800-345-7669.
Press "3" on your phone dial to select the "Network Questions" menu. Press "1" to select "PS3" and then press "0" to access live agent support. Hold until the PS3 agent answers the phone.
Explain to the PS3 support agent that you need to deactivate your PS3 over the phone because your console broke and you cannot do it manually. You will be asked for your email address and your PSN user ID. The agent will send the request to the appropriate department and you'll get an email confirming that your PS3 has been deactivated. Once you get this email you can go to your new console and reactivate your content using your user ID.
