Instructions
Load a game of "Mercenaries 2", and get to the point where Fiona gives you access to the "Get Solano" mission. Start the mission by talking to Fiona in your hut.
Board the helicopter; located off to the right of your hut. When the helicopter eventually lands, grab all of the explosives sitting to the right of the landing site.
Steal an undamaged car from the street and use that to begin your approach to Solano's position. You can track his position by following the blinking indicator on your mini-map.
Protect your car from enemies using the rocket launcher Fiona gives you. Shoot down any enemies, before you get close to them. Once you get to the second enemy base, exit your car and steal an enemy vehicle to enter the base undetected.
Exit your stolen vehicle and steal the enemy tank in the courtyard of the base. Destroy all enemies and anti-aircraft weapons. Follow Solano's positional indicator to get to the next bridge.
Destroy everything on the bridge, including all enemies and anti-aircraft weapons. Once the bridge is clear, you will have to use your tank's aircraft gun to destroy the approaching enemy helicopters.
Continue on to the next enemy base. Destroy everything outside the base, including any anti-aircraft weapons that are active. Your tank may be damaged at this point, so get out and steal an enemy tank sitting on the east side of the base.
Continue until you reach the road blockades. Get out of your tank and place your explosives on the anti-aircraft guns in the area. Follow the pop-up commands from Fiona to use the laser-guided nuclear bomb on the enemy base.
Steal another car and drive back to your base, following the indicators on your mini-map. Once you arrive, Carmon will direct an enemy attack against you. Exit your vehicle and get into the tank sitting in the base entrance. Destroy all approaching enemies, including any helicopters that appear.
Exit your tank and go back to your car. Follow the now escaping Carmon, until you approach the bridge. Knock his car off the bridge by ramming into him from the side. Once he falls in the river, get out of your car and pull him out of the river by following the prompts.
Call in a chopper by following the on-screen prompts, then talk to Fiona to complete the mission. Caracas will now be unlocked.
