How to Make a Custom PS3 Boot Sound

PS3 owners with a jailbroken system have the ability to customize every aspect of their console, from its theme to its startup sound. If you want to change the system's startup sound, however, you must first create a startup sound file that has the proper length, name and format. With each of these specifications met, you can turn any MP3 into a startup sound for your PS3 system.
