How to Adjust PS3 3-D Sliders

If you use an High Definition Multimedia Interface connection to connect your PlayStation 3 to your 3-D TV, you have the ability to play 3-D PS3 games. There are quite a few PS3 games that allow you to enable 3-D mode and adjust some of the 3-D settings. These settings are usually adjusted with slider bars, which are moved all the way to the left or right to enable or disable. Adjusting the 3-D settings with slider bars on your PS3 isn̵7;t difficult.

Instructions

    • 1

      Turn on your PS3 console and a controller and insert a 3-D-compatible PS3 game into the disc tray. If a game supports 3-D video output, it will be noted on the back of the game case.

    • 2

      Go to the ̶0;Game̶1; menu and select the game to initialize it on your PS3 console. Select the ̶0;Options̶1; button from the game̵7;s main menu and then click on ̶0;Video Settings.̶1;

      Scroll down the list of settings to ̶0;3D̶1; and select the ̶0;Enable̶1; option. A new menu labeled ̶0;3D Settings̶1; will now appear; click on it to open it.

      Select the setting you want to change with the left thumb stick and then use the right thumb stick to move the slider bar to the right or left. Repeat this for the rest of the settings you want to change.

      Click on the ̶0;Save Settings̶1; button to return to the game̵7;s main menu. Your game is now configured to output 3-D video to your 3-D TV.
