How to Delete a Gameshare File on a PS3

Gameshare files that you have downloaded on other Playstation 3 consoles can be deleted from that console by browsing to the file through the PS3 menu and then manually deleting the file.

Instructions

      Turn on your Playstation 3.

      Log in to the account associated with the Gameshare file you want to delete.

      Use the left and right arrows on your controller to navigate to the "Game" menu.

      Use the up and down arrows to scroll to the "Game Data Utility" folder and then press the "X" button to expand the folder's contents.

      Scroll to the Gameshare file that you want to delete.

      Press the "Triangle" button on your controller and then press the "X" button to select "Delete."

      Select "Yes" and then press "X" to confirm the deletion of the file.
