How to Make a No Mod Lobby on Orange Box PS3

Press and hold down the touch-sensitive switch on the front right edge of the PlayStation 3. Plug a PS3 controller into one of the USB ports on the front of the PS3. Let the home screen appear before continuing.

Insert the game disc into the front-loading slot on the PS3. Push the disc into the slot until the automatic loading mechanism takes over. Let the icon of the disc appear on the screen before continuing.

Move the cursor on the screen until the ̶0;Video̶1; icon is highlighted. Move down or up the screen to highlight the disc. Press ̶0;X̶1; to activate the disc̵7;s menu. Select ̶0;Team Fortress 2" once the option presents itself and press ̶0;X.̶1;

Highlight the ̶0;Sign In̶1; button on the screen and press ̶0;X̶1; to sign into the PlayStation network. If the username and password text fields are not already filled, enter the needed information into them using the onscreen menu.

Select ̶0;Multiplayer̶1; from the list of choices presented on the screen and press ̶0;X.̶1; Select ̶0;Theater̶1; from the list of choices presented on the screen and press ̶0;X.̶1; Select ̶0;Community̶1; in the same manner as you have just done for ̶0;Theater.̶1;

Scroll down the list of ̶0;Lobbies̶1; you can choose from until you come to a ̶0;Hacker̶1; lobby. Select the ̶0;Hacker̶1; lobby and press ̶0;X̶1; to download a file to the PS3̵7;s hard drive.

Exit the ̶0;Hacker̶1; lobby and return to the first set of menus that you accessed. Select ̶0;File share̶1; and press the ̶0;X̶1; button. Once the file has begun running, invite your friends through the ̶0;Invitation̶1; menu to play with you or play by yourself instead.
