Plug the EyeToy USB cable into a USB port on your computer. Cancel the "Found New Hardware Wizard" screen.
Click the "Start" button on the Windows task bar and type "Device Manager" in the box at the bottom.
Click the "Device Manager" link and look under "Imaging devices." You should see the EyeToy listed as "EyeToy USB camera Namtai" or "EyeToy USB camera Logitech."
Open your browser and download the Logitech driver from mediafire.com/?yjm2ncgeuti or the Namtai driver from mediafire.com/?bdilernmpvz. Save the file to your computer.
Switch back to the Device Manager screen and right click the EyeToy entry. Select "Update Driver" to launch the Hardware Update Wizard.
Select "No, not this time," then click "Next."
Choose "Install from a list or specific location," then click "Next."
Click the "Browse" button and open the folder in which you stored the downloaded file.
Click "Next." If the computer warns you about installing the driver, select "Continue Anyway."
Click "OK" and the software asks if you live in a 50 Hz area. Select "No" for the United States.
Click "Finish" to complete the installation.
