Split File 2011 is a program designed for the PlayStation 3 video gaming console. Split File 2011 works in conjunction with a jail-broken PlayStation 3. Split File 2011 allows you to split larger game files into smaller segments, making them easier to store and transfer. Split games can be stored on your computer's hard drive, or on your PlayStation 3's hard drive. A jail-broken PlayStation 3 is a console with third-party software installed on it. If you have used Split File 2011 to split a game in half for storage, you must then merge the two files so it can be read by your PlayStation 3. If a game is split, you will not be able to launch the game.

     Turn on your PlayStation 3 and open Split File 2011. Split File 2011 is a free software application.

     Select ̶0;Juntar.̶1; This will allow you to select files to be merged by Split File 2011.

     Select the ̶0;Add̶1; button then select the split files of the game you wish to launch.

     Select ̶0;Merge.̶1; Split File will now merge the file back together. Once the file has been merged back together, you will be able to launch it like any other game.
